SELECTION AND PLACEMENT PROCESS

Our recruitment process begins with the need for a new position in our world, or for additional positions for existing positions.

Applicants who we have given in the direction of our needs or CVs that arrive directly to us are compared with the requirements of the relevant position.

Resumes are first carefully examined by the Human Resources Department in a diligent and meticulous manner, pre-interviewed for those who are compatible with the position, and various assessment tools are used at this stage. Positive candidates are brought together with the department manager in order to observe the level of vocational and technical knowledge.

Our main goal is to determine the strengths and weaknesses of candidates in an impartial manner. The most important feature of the evaluation process is the ability to observe the performances of the candidates in the generated work-like environment.

As a result of the evaluations, the recruitment process results in the most suitable job offer for the island. Candidates who are not offered job offers are given information about their evaluation status.

KMS; according to the annual training plan that has been set for the retail group and the headquarters, it fulfills the training needs of its employees with the trainings they have taken in their own fields and have received from the leading training consultancy firms. The training opportunities offered to KMS employees are grouped into the following headings:

Orientation training :

KMS provides orientation training for new employees. Our store employees follow the orientation training program tailored to each position and receive on-the-job training in our stores. Our headquarters staff are trained in orientation in all our departments.

In-Company Trainings:

For KMS employees, regular training on product information, professional development, and so on. organizing trainings.

Outsourced Trainings:

KMS is receiving training from leading training and consulting firms according to the training needs of its employees.

Cultivation Programs:

The training programs and the candidates prepared for each position are taken into class and on-the-job training. Upon completion of the training, candidates are assessed and promoted to the relevant position.
